Bee Sting
A bee sting is a small stab from a bee
stinger, which injects venom into the skin. It is painful and itches, yet the
effect is over in a few hours. The more you scratch the bee sting, the worse
for you!
If a bee stings you, it causes a sharp
pain and that part of your body swells.
If
you suffer from a bee sting:

apply honey immediately after
being stung by a bee.
·
cut a tomato/ a clove of
garlic in half; apply the inner side on the sting for a few minutes.
·
put vinegar on the sting.
·
put ice on the sting.

Backaches
Backaches are a pain in your back which
may come from the muscles, nerves, bones, joints or other structures in the
spine. The causes for backaches may be an infection, inflammation, etc.
If
you suffer from backache:
·
massage your back.

apply a heating pad where the
back hurts.

take a warm bath and sit in
for a while relaxing.
·
put buckwheat in a cloth, warm in the microwave and apply on the back
for a few minutes.

rock the pelvis from side to side and front to back.

swim daily.

you suffer from foot blisters:

Disinfect a thin needle and
prick the blister and drip rescue remedy on the spot.

Mix mashed onion and a spoon
of apple cider vinegar and smear around the blister.

Wrinkles
Skin wrinkles come with age; they are
lines on your face or skin that you get when you are old. The older you get,
the more wrinkles you have. As a result of aging processes the skin epidermal
cells become thinner and less sticky. As a result the skin looks not only
thinner but also not moist. Because of the skin's dryness, it loses epidermal
cells and is unable to repair itself.
If
you want to prevent wrinkles:

grind an onion and rub on
face to lose the wrinkles.
·
drink too much water (at
least two liters a day).
·
whip the egg white and put on
face wrinkles until it dries and then wash with cool water.

bleaching, has become very popular. People go to the dentist to have their
teeth bleached and also use home treatments for bleaching such as:
